Kale Burritos

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soaked sun dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup soaked sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt as desired
  • Handful of parsley
  • 2 cups of chopped veggies of choice
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • Sprouts

Mix all ingredients together, except kale and sprouts. Add sprouts to mixture, and then wrap up mixture in kale leaves.
