Add the following ingredients to a blender:
- Flesh and water from one young coconut
- A large handful of raw kale (your choice on variety)
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of pepitas (green pumpkin seeds found in the bulk section of most health food stores). Macadamia nuts are a great alternative to pepitas!
- Tip: add a frozen banana in to the mix for a sweeter drink
Instructions: BLEND darling, blend until smooth.
