Place the following in a large bowl:
- 2 bunches of kale massaged with salt and olive oil
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- Half of a red onion
Dressing – Blend the following in a blender until creamy.
- ¼ cup tahini
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (ACV) or lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
- Handful of fresh basil
- Salt as desired /needed
Pour dressing over salad.
